Why is there a confessional in every brewery in Cologne? What does Kölsch have in common with champagne and tequila? And what do pilgrims on the Way of St James have to do with brewery culture? On our tour through the large and small breweries, you will become an expert on Cologne's beer culture. Together, we will visit three to four breweries on our tour and sample their own Kölsch beer. Along the way, we will learn interesting facts about the brewery tradition and Cologne's city history.
