Traditional restaurant from 1871 with a cool look and casual cosiness, known for its good cuisine

The imperial post station in Minden, where coachmen once ate and drank, has been transformed into a modern event and catering location. The traditional "Kaisersaal" has been given a completely new look: In the "Karl" restaurant area, the original brick and half-timbered walls have been exposed and the room has been redesigned in an industrial look with visible steel beams and retro lamps. The "Loft", a winter garden with a "beach view" and Sylt feeling, offers a unique atmosphere all year round thanks to flexible glass walls and a large gas fireplace.

The new ballroom goes all out with light and sound (21 moving heads with professional lighting control, two 4K laser projectors with 150-inch screens, multicolour ceiling and wall lighting, Bose sound system) and, in addition to the cosy vintage restaurant and cool loft look, makes celebrations with a real club feeling possible - in the middle of Minden.
