Lovingly modern and senior-friendly holiday flat for two people. Whether for a short holiday or a longer stay, our 49m² non-smoking holiday flat, newly furnished in autumn 2021, is ideally suited.

The flat is located in the small Eifel village of Mechernich-Schaven in a very quiet forest area with a view of the "Schavener Heide". A parking space is available. The holiday flat has been rated four stars according to the guidelines of the DTV classification. You enter the flat via a small terrace with a separate entrance.

The flat is divided into hallway, living room with fitted kitchen and satellite TV, bedroom with double bed 2x1m each, large bathroom with shower and washing machine, storage room.
