Barrier-free comfort path and multi-generational space on the banks of the Prüm in Waxweiler
As part of the "Accessibility Without Limits" project, a multi-generational space and a comfort path were created in Waxweiler in 2022, which connects the holiday park and the new space.
The starting point of the path is at the holiday park in the swimming pool street. There is also a marked parking space for people with disabilities. The distance to the multi-generation place is approx. 350 m.
Several play equipment, such as a sound fence, a rotating disc, a ball labyrinth and a swing for wheelchair users as well as benches invite you to linger.
The multi-generational space in Waxweiler is a meeting point for young and old, offering opportunities to play and exercise, but also to relax and unwind.
