The almost 7 km long Steinbergweg connects Linderhofe, Alt Sternberg and the Steinberg, at 396 meters the highest elevation in Nordlippe.

During the Cold War, there was a former missile station on the Steinberg. There is a magnificent view as far as the Hermann monument in the Teutoburg Forest on one side and the Weser Mountains with the Kaiser Wilhelm monument on the other. The tour offers impressive landscape panoramas and natural sections of the trail.
