Directions
This circular route allows visitors to Emsdetten to discover and experience eight sights.
Starting at the Wannenschieber, a symbol of the traditional bathtub maker's craft, created by Herbert Daubenspeck. Continue to St Pancratius Church, Emsdetten's oldest and magnificent landmark in neo-Gothic style. Local myths enchant at the legend fountain. Stroetmanns Fabrik offers a lively event centre on the site of a former textile factory. Contemporary art exhibitions await visitors in the Münsterland Gallery. The Wannenmacher Museum and the August Holländer Museum provide deep insights into Emsdetten's industrial and textile-rich past. Finally, the morning dew fountain, an artistic interpretation of a dewy flower in the morning.
