Guided tour along the daffodil meadows in the upper Olef valley near Hellenthal-Hollerath
Guided tour along the daffodil meadows in the upper Oleftal
From the end of March to early May, a unique spectacle takes place each year in the meadow valleys of the upper Oleftal. The wild-growing "Yellow Daffodil" stretches toward the sun millions of times and transforms the meadows in the area of the North Eifel Nature Park into yellow carpets of flowers. The harbingers of spring are very similar to their garden sisters, the Easter lilies, but are just a bit smaller.
You can explore the floral magic along the two marked circular hiking trails on your own or experience it with expert guidance. The starting point is always the parking lot "Hollerather Knie" near Hellenthal-Hollerath on the B265. Sturdy footwear required!
The guided tour is in German.
Participation is only possible with ticket.
