Lübbecke Christmas market

During the second week of Advent, Lübbeck's city center is transformed into an atmospheric Christmas market. Advent-decorated stores and numerous vendors offering handcrafted gifts, handicrafts and much more at the Christmas market make you want to stroll and browse.

Christmas delicacies from roasted almonds, waffles and crêpes to fried mushrooms, baked ham, fried fish and classic bratwurst as well as hot drinks from mulled and berry wine to eggnog and glögg to the popular Feuerzangenbowle invite you to linger and round off an eventful visit to Lübbeck's city center.

Sales open Sunday in the city center

For the Christmas market, the stores in the city center invite you to enjoy relaxed shopping until 7 pm on Friday and Saturday, while on Sunday, the shops are open from 1 pm to 6 pm. There are traditional Advent calendar readings and an atmospheric music program every day.
