For a long time, grain and doppelkorn had to nibble at their image.

The bad reputation of grain is certainly partly due to the sale of the classic clear, which is sold for 5 - 6 euros, although this is usually totally cheaply produced industrial alcohol and has nothing to do with distilling culture!

However, the original German spirit, for which a purity law has guaranteed quality since 1789, is experiencing a rapid change in perception.

Also because several producers have simultaneously recognized the topic of premium grain or lager grain for themselves.
