Have you not started your day rested and grounded in a long time? Do you feel tired and drained, and are your batteries empty? Do you urgently need some time for yourself connected to nature?
Then we have something for you: Sun Salutation meets Juniper Heath!
On April 5, 2025, and August 23, 2025, we will meet at 7:00 AM at the Juniper Hut in Langscheid to start the day together with yoga teacher Bärbel Schlaf. We will begin our yoga hike with the sunrise and essentially walk with the sun over the dream path of Langscheider Juniper View. If you're wondering where the yoga fits in: It's essentially along the way!
At carefully selected spots, we will ground ourselves, learn breathing techniques, and perform simple yet powerful standing exercises. No worries - all exercises can be easily performed by beginners and complete yoga newcomers, as well as advanced practitioners, and the dream path is manageable at 3.2 km and a total of 61 m elevation.
After moving outdoors in the morning for heart and soul, of course, the stomach shouldn't miss out either - that's why the girls from the Juniper Hut will prepare a breakfast buffet for us, featuring a muesli station, whole grain rolls, cold cuts, scrambled eggs, and much more that will satisfy and delight both yogis and hikers. You will see - after this, we will start the day with full energy and have also found a few tips on how to recharge our batteries in daily life in between.

Depending on the weather forecast, the event may be postponed; however, we kindly ask our participants to wear weather-appropriate clothing (hiking attire) and sturdy footwear.
