Celebrating in old alleyways
The people of Rheda-Wiedenbrück love their Old Town Festival. The "Blaukittel" from the old town provide a varied entertainment program for three days. The local restaurateurs provide the culinary offerings at this town festival. The craftsmen's alley with market stalls and flea markets will also be a fixed part of this year's program. The Old Town Festival in Rheda will be rounded off by an extensive music program and an open Sunday.
And this is what the Old Town Initiative says:
"We are officially kicking off the Old Town Festival this year on Friday and on all stages! On Saturday and Sunday we are looking forward to great local and regional craftsmen and clubs in Kleine Straße and Großer Wall, as well as homemade cakes and other delicacies in our alleys.
In the city center there is again a children's flea market and open Sunday and in our children's corner on Doktorplatz it's time to jump and romp as much as you can! We look forward to a colorful Old Town Festival 2025!"
