Grief has colours

Anyone who has gone through times of grief knows that grief has many colours, sometimes burning red, then screaming yellow or paralysing grey-brown! Why not simply give expression to these feelings? Play with colours and shapes, let the colours flow....... It's not about right or wrong or any other judgement, the focus is on sharing with other mourners, enjoying creative design or immersing yourself in the flow of colours for a moment!

No previous knowledge is required.

Watercolours, chalks, pencils and templates are provided, but of course you can bring your own materials!

The painting will be accompanied by Ulla Dirkmann, artist and experienced grief counsellor.
