An unforgettable day of hiking awaits nature enthusiasts on Wednesday, August 21, when they head "From Herford Zoo to Hollenstein". This approximately 18 km hike invites you to explore the diverse landscape between Herford and Hollenstein along impressive paths. Along the way, you will not only experience the beauty of nature, but also cross a refreshing stream that offers a refreshing challenge and enjoyment of nature in equal measure.
The starting point of the hike is Kronenplatz in Detmold, from where the bus from Brautlacht will take the group to the starting point at 8:40 am. After a day full of impressions, the group returns by bus at around 3:45 pm.
A highlight of the tour is the stop at the Berghof inn in Bad Salzuflen-Ehrsen. Here, hikers can reflect on the day's experiences over regional specialties and recharge their batteries for the return journey.
