We produce traditionally made products! All bread varieties are baked with the company's own sourdough. A highlight is our “Eifeler Schwarzbot”. Another specialty is our fine egg noodles. We only use eggs from our local poultry farm, Uwe Walter, as well as pure durum wheat semolina. Small baked goods, such as rolls, yeast pastries, and butter croissants are baked fresh daily!
