A good restaurant is worthless without good products. The gastronomy offers changing dishes, breakfast, as well as coffee and cake. Individual visitors and hikers are just as welcome as groups of up to 200 people. In the summer, the outdoor terrace is opened in good weather.

We set out to collect the best and most natural products from our home, the “Eifel”, to serve them in traditional ways or in modern, Mediterranean-inspired interpretations.

Meat, fish, and poultry - yes, even cheese, curd, and mustard come from our
wonderful region and are sourced from natural, species-appropriate breeding and husbandry
as well as sustainable agriculture.

Note for people with mobility restrictions: The gastronomy is fully wheelchair accessible, and an appropriate restroom is available.
