At Restaurant Reuter in Rheda-Wiedenbrück, two generations - mother and daughter - cook "their soup" together. Both chefs combine classic French cuisine with regional specialties and a hint of international influences.
In our kitchen, we use almost exclusively organic meat from local farms that we know personally. Twice a week we buy our fruit and vegetables directly from the producers at the weekly market in Rhedar. Depending on the season, you will always find regional seasonal products on our menu.
Of course, this maxim of enjoyment also applies to all our selected dishes and drinks. We source seafood and international products from top suppliers in the world of gastronomy. Wines and beers are carefully selected and tasted. Here, too, the following applies: only the special and the good make it onto our menu!
