Welcome to the "Fuchs"
The listed half-timbered house has been used almost continuously as an inn, pastry shop, café and pub since the building was rebuilt in 1686 after a major fire in Wiedenbrück, making it one of the oldest inns in Rheda-Wiedenbrück.
Not only is the façade of our homely inn in excellent condition, the interior also breathes history. Original stone slabs from the 17th century form the floor in the Deele. At the regulars' table, guests enjoy their Hohenfeld beer or their evening meal under a fabulous chandelier made by artists from the Wiedenbrück school.
We offer traditional dishes with a modern twist. Honest and down-to-earth home cooking like grandma used to make.
