Our vineyards are cultivated in harmony with nature and the grapes are carefully selected at harvest. Through gentle grape processing, slow fermentation and optimal coordination of the cellar management processes, the wine gets its individual taste. The development of our wines is aimed at the preservation of the nature-related aroma substances of the grapes and is carried out according to the most modern cellar-economic knowledge. What sun and soil have given to the grapes, we skillfully vinify/process to distinctive wines. The feeling for wine and a wealth of experience help us to create wines and sparkling wines that reflect both the character of the grape variety and the location. For us, wine is a living natural product with individual needs. We attach great importance to classic digestible estate wines with fine fruit and race.
