With a respectful approach to regional products, the kitchen team presents Eifel specialties, German-French classics, and their own creations daily, which delight the palate with great attention to detail.
Five different rooms together form the restaurant: Wirtschaft & Stübchen, Pitt-Kreuzberg-Stube, im Pääsch, Maaruferstube, and im Carré. Stylishly brought into the present day, they are full of memories and history. The connecting component is art – from the artworks on the walls to fresh flower arrangements to the culinary art on the plate. Breakfast, lunch, coffee and cake, as well as dinner, are served continuously here. In summer, the garden terrace is also available.
