Since 2021, Chef Müller Erwin has been operating his own mill brewery alongside the four fully functional mills, romantic half-timbered suites, a registry office, and many other attractions. A covered beer garden invites you to sit together comfortably and linger. Enjoy a self-brewed mill beer and delicious grilled dishes from our mill grill.

We are also here for you in the cold season! In addition to our brewery beer garden, our cozy brewery room is also open. Look forward to Erwin's self-brewed mill beer and a delicious menu in the two brewery locations. Among other things, fresh grilled chickens, hearty brewery chops, juicy potato pancakes, and much more await your good appetite!
