The two career changers Claudia Holtschneider and Anette Jacobs have been delighting diners with their good, quick cuisine since 2008. The concept is as simple as it is sophisticated. Fresh, healthy food in exciting variations and regularly changing dishes.

It all started in an old petrol station in Düsseldorf-Lörick on the left bank of the Rhine. Hin & Weg has been on Carlsplatz since 2011 and the menu is dominated by seasonal vegetables in the form of quiche and salads, such as quiche with chicory, pear and ginger, kohlrabi coconut soup with chervil or trofia noodles with fried aubergines, pickled tomatoes and goat's cheese. There are also meat side dishes here and there, such as meatballs. In any case, there are no limits to creativity when it comes to composition.
