The Hetzingen campsite is in a wonderful location by the Eifel National Park directly on the Rur, which is known for its clear water. Opposite, the romantic Nideggen Castle rises on a steep mountain slope (325m above sea level). The Rursee is only a few kilometers away.

The campsite is an ideal starting point for city tours (Cologne / Aachen / Monschau ...), those interested in culture, climbing enthusiasts, cyclists, kayakers and hikers. A total of over 300 km of beautiful hiking trails and bike routes await you.
In the midst of an almost untouched natural landscape, you have the opportunity to enjoy the clear air and especially the prevailing tranquility and to relax completely. Directly behind the campsite, after a 5-minute walk, you will reach the entrance to the new Eifel National Park. Experience pure nature!
