Daily rate up to 10 guests: 355 Euro (from 2025: 375 Euro)
Daily rate 11-12 guests: 380 Euro (from 2025: 400 Euro)
Daily rate 13-14 guests: 410 Euro (from 2025: 430 Euro)
Final cleaning: 165 Euro, will be automatically calculated on the total price when booking
10% discount in the period from 6 January to 6 March and from 3 November to 3 December.
The tourist tax is 1 euro/day for guests age 12 and older
Optional:
Bed linen: 12 Euro per person
Towels: 8 Euro per person
If the barbeque grill is used, La Maison charges a cleaning fee of 20 euros. The cleaning of the grill can not be done by the guests.
A down payment of 30 percent is due immediately upon booking. The balance must be transferred up to 2 weeks before arrival. There is a deposit of 450 euros, which is paid in cash upon arrival and then refunded by bank transfer within 2 weeks of departure, provided there is no damage to the house.
In case of cancellation the down payment will be forfeited. Rebookings and cancellations due to the current situation (Corona pandemic) are free of charge, provided there is a travel or accommodation ban.
