Fachwerkhaus an der Wasserburg

Our vacation home is part of an ensemble of historic half-timbered buildings next to the medieval castle of Mauel.

Unlike many half-timbered houses, it has normal ceiling heights and is therefore also suitable for tall people.

Downstairs the house has a living room and a cozy eat-in kitchen with a large dining table. The country-style kitchen is fully equipped.

Upstairs there is a gallery with a sitting area and two bedrooms, a large one with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and a small one with a single bed (0.90 x 2.00 m). The bathroom has a shower and a bathtub.

The house is located at the end of a private road in the immediate vicinity of the forest.
