Then you are in the right place with us. Our "Kleine Eifel Auszeit" house, with both holiday apartments 1 and 2, was completely renovated in 2020/21 and the interiors were reconfigured. Both apartments are modernly and newly furnished and feature a bathroom with rain shower, a bedroom with a double bed, and a living-dining area with an open kitchenette. The living area leads to the balcony. Apartment 2 has an additional bedroom in the attic and an infrared cabin, the use of which is included in the price.

Minimum stay 3 nights
Deposit after booking confirmation of 30% of the booking amount
Remaining amount of 70% due no later than 14 days before arrival
If arrival is short-term, the full travel price is due immediately.
Cancellation conditions:
100% refund for cancellations up to 14 days before arrival
50% refund for cancellations up to 7 days before arrival
10% refund for cancellations up to 1 day before arrival
Included in the price:
Bed linen, towels, dish towels, initial starter pack (coffee pads, dishwasher tabs, dishcloth, garbage bags, as well as toilet paper.
Parking, lockable garage (with charging station for e-bikes)
Baby travel cot and high chair
Washing machine and dryer (for private use)
