Campingpark Sonnensee

Here at Sonnensee you can enjoy an excellent vacation, because it is not for nothing that our 5 * star campsite has been awarded gold several times in the "exemplary campsites" competition as a state winner and silver at national level.

You will love the quiet location of the campsite with its large quiet zones. The camping park is a privately run site with a family atmosphere. Spacious pitches for permanent and vacation campers with direct electricity, drainage and fresh water connections on almost all pitches and TV connections on the premium and comfort pitches. The pitches are divided into 6 large groups and small hedge plants loosen up the overall appearance of this campsite.

The campsite design at Sonnensee is impressive due to its spaciousness and the consistent implementation of the guiding principle of creating a landscaped and park-like campsite with regional planting. The existing 150-year-old oak tree population was integrated into the planning as a large group division in the camping park. The average pitch size is 120 m². As open space for paths, playground, green strips etc. (excluding the lake), two times the size of the pitches have been added to our campsite. The shore zone is divided into two areas, 2/3 of which is a natural shore zone with water plants and 1/3 of which is reserved for camping with a small promenade. The beach zone has an approx. 120 m long gently sloping sandy beach.

The equipment and cleanliness of the sanitary facilities is one of the most important pillars for the satisfaction of our guests. Today's expectations can no longer be met with merely functional sanitary facilities. Our aim is not only to provide you with a "naturally clean" sanitary building, but also to offer an "ambience" that meets the highest standards of comfort.
