    At the end of the Kockerellstraße street in Aachen, four boys are fighting a special kind of battle.



    Two of them sit on the shoulders of the others and are fighting each other. The bronze statue by Karl Henning Seemann represents a popular children’s game with the “rider’s battle”, which has graced the old city centre since 1975.
