    The walls of the Grashaus, one of the oldest buildings in Aachen, have quite a few stories to tell.


    After all, for a long time, it served as a city hall and prison! Small wonder that the Grashaus has been included on the Route Charlemagne as the “Station Europa”. From the outside, the historic design of the Grashaus has been maintained. Inside, however, schoolchildren in particular can learn about Europe at the interactive media stations.
