Trainees, students, holders of the Ehrenamtskarte (honorary service card), persons doing federal voluntary service, and recipients of social benefits upon presentation of valid proof.

Severely disabled persons pay 50% of the regular admission price since January 1, 2020. An accompanying person is admitted free of charge if the letter B is noted on the disabled person's ID. The disabled person's ID card must be presented at the museum ticket office in order to receive the reduced admission fee.

Free admission to the Permanent Collection is granted to:
Children and young people up to 18 years of age,
all students of art history and art technology/restoration (with valid proof of study).

Tickets are valid all day.
