... the Rosviertel quarter in Aachen. The chapel was built during the 18th century  by the famous master builder Mefferdatis. Directly next to the chapel, the “Streuengelchen” angel figure waits for the “Roskirmes” fair, which takes place in the district every year, when following local tradition, she throws sweets to the children.
