Doktorplatz 6, 33378 Rheda-Wiedenbrück
Historic town centre

The most striking house on Doktorplatz is Haus Neuhaus. The historic building was erected by the merchant and doctor Hermann Andreas Wilmans in 1716. The eye-catching façade decoration is atypical for Rheda, which has been Calvinist since 1588, and is more in keeping with the architecture of Catholic Wiedenbrück. The colorful coats of arms are particularly beautiful.
