Bielefeld Marketing GmbH offers an audio-hearing system especially for people with hearing impairments for optimized communication during city tours, museum visits and the like. We will be happy to advise you directly in our Tourist Information in the New Town Hall.

In 2018, the Tourist Information Bielefeld was successfully certified according to the nationwide standardized labeling system for accessibility: "Travel for All".

Details

For guests with hearing impairments, an audio-listening system (max. 22 people) can be borrowed free of charge from the Tourist Information Office. The audio-listening systems are suitable for guided tours in museums, city tours or on coaches. A reservation of the devices is mandatory and must be made by the respective institution.

By public transport: All streetcar lines, stop "Jahnplatz" or "Rathaus".
