Heek, the town of Burgmannshöfe. So it is hardly surprising that the Landesmusikakademie NRW also has its origins in one of these historic buildings, the Langen Haus. With a total of seven buildings in Heek-Nienborg, the Landesmusikakademie is a central location for musical education, training and further education as well as a conference centre for music professionals. Again and again, course participants and lecturers present their skills in atmospheric concerts.

Information for cyclists
The landscape around Heek is characterised by water. Numerous small streams criss-cross the landscape and disappear on the horizon. Cyclists will look in vain for metres of altitude here, but beautiful cycle paths lead to the numerous castles in the area.

Arrival by car:
Heek is perfectly connected to the motorway network. On the A 31 (Oberhausen-Emden), take the Heek exit and turn right onto the B 70 towards Heek. Follow the signs to Nienborg. The Landesmusikakademie NRW is signposted in the town centre.
Arrival by bus and train:
Train stations are located in Gronau, Ahaus and Münster.
Bus line 773 goes directly from Ahaus, Bahnhof to Nienborg, Landesmusikakademie.
Bus line R77 runs from Gronau, Bahnhof to Nienborg, Landesmusikakademie.
Bus line S70/S71 travels from Münster main station to Heek, Rathaus. Continue from Heek with the R77 or 773 to Nienborg, Landesmusikakademie.
