Four Seasons Park

The Four Seasons Park in Oelde delights with a beautiful display of flowers, great events and an exciting range of activities for children.

The Four Seasons Park in Oelde was the venue for the most successful state garden show in North Rhine-Westphalia in 2001. Even today, the Four Seasons Park in southern Münsterland still attracts numerous guests who are enchanted by the splendour of the flowers and numerous events. Enjoying nature, picnics and walks - the Four Seasons Park offers many opportunities. Several play stations, playgrounds and the Klipp Klapp children's museum are also among the highlights for younger visitors.

One Park - Three Themes

The Four Seasons Park is divided into three themes. The "floodplain" theme was created by a newly created floodplain lake and the renaturation of the Axtbach stream. The "Park" theme includes the extensively modernised city park and the "Klipp Klapp" children's museum. In the far north of the Four Seasons Park, former allotment gardens and cemeteries form the "Gardens" theme. The theme gardens are connected by the approximately 2.5-kilometre-long promenade path.

Journey to the Four Seasons Park
Arriving by car:
The town of Oelde is close to the A2 motorway. To get to the Klipp Klapp children's museum, visitors are best advised to take exit 21 "Oelde". The Vier-Jahreszeiten-Park is about one kilometre away from the exit.
Travelling by train:
The town of Oelde is located on the Bielefeld - Hamm railway line, exit Oelde station. From Oelde station it is about 1.3 kilometres to the Vier-Jahreszeiten-Park. Guests need about 15 minutes to walk through the centre of Oelde.
Parking at the Four Seasons Park
There is a large free car park at the main entrance of the Four Seasons Park in Oelde. There is also an e-charging station here.
