
Information for cyclists
The Münsterland is an ideal travel and excursion destination for cyclists, as it has a 4,500 km long, well-signposted network of cycle paths. Borken, located in the lowlands, is also connected to this network. Various cycling and themed routes invite you to cycle, on which there are many exciting things and sights to discover. There are also smuggler's trails to the neighbouring Netherlands.
The Vennehof town hall is also close to the cycle path network. In the Borkener Stadtpark, which is a 9-minute walk from the Stadthalle, is the next junction with number 61.

Journey to the Stadthalle Vennehof
By car:
The Stadthalle Vennehof can be reached by car via the A31 (Oberhausen-Emden). Exit Borken, journey time approx. 15 minutes.
By bus/train:
Borken railway station is the terminus of the Essen-Bottrop-Dorsten-Borken railway line.
The station is approx. 1.5 km away from the Stadthalle Vennehof.
Lines R21 or R74 leave from Borken station. Get off at the "Friedhof" stop. It is only a 1-minute walk to Stadthalle Vennehof.
Parking at the Stadthalle Vennehof
There is a pay and display car park on the street "Am Boltenhof" adjacent to the Stadthalle Vennehof. The parking fee is payable on weekdays (Monday to Friday) between 10:00 and 16:00. The entrance area of the Stadthalle Vennehof can be reached directly from the upper parking deck of the multi-storey car park.
There are further public car parks in Borken city centre. On weekdays (Monday to Friday) between 10.00 and 16.00, these are also subject to a charge.
