Information for cyclists
Reken can undoubtedly be described as a cyclist's paradise. Attractive cycle paths lead in all directions. The lakes near Haltern am See are just as attractive destinations as the wild horses near Dülmen, the forests of the Hohe Mark Nature Park or the picturesque castles of Lembeck and Raesfeld.

Guests can hire an e-bike on a daily basis from the Reken tour information centre.

Arrival
Reken has 3 railway stations: Reken, Klein-Reken and Maria Veen. The stations are served by trains from Essen, Gladbeck, Dorsten and Coesfeld.
Arrival by car via the A31 motorway (Oberhausen-Emden) to the Reken exit. From there, follow the signs.
Parking
There is a free car park in the city centre on Ilex-Platz. The parking time is limited. A large free car park is located in front of the town hall. There are also charging stations for electric cars there.
