Information for cyclists
Münster is not called the "cycling capital" for nothing. Both locals and visitors enthusiastically conquer the city, which is well worth seeing, by bike. Large cycle stations in the city centre make it easy to store your bike.
The Historic Town Centres themed cycle route runs along the Aasee lake. Not far from the lakeshore runs the "Promenade", which encircles the historic old town. Not only can all the places and sights of the old town be reached quickly via this cycle path, but the promenade also offers connections to numerous interesting themed routes.
