Numerous themed cycle routes offer interesting cycling tours through Münsterland. The signposted themed cycle routes each show very specific contents of the region and thus tell exciting stories about Münsterland. The Dörenther Klippen are also located on a themed cycle route:

The entrance to the Münsterland cycle path network, which is approx. 4,500 kilometres long, is at the car park on the B219.
Information for hikers
The Dörenther Cliffs are a paradise for nature lovers and hikers. Several hiking trails criss-cross the Teutoburg Forest near the rock formation.

Dörenther Cliffs Hiking Park
The "Dörenther Klippen" hikers' car park is located on the B219 near the A30 motorway (exit Ibbenbüren 11b). Hiking trails lead from here to the special rock formation.
Arrival
The Dörenther Klippen are located on the edge of the Teutoburg Forest, south of the town of Ibbenbüren.
Guests can reach Ibbenbüren via the A30 motorway. Take the Ibbenbüren 11b exit and follow the B219 towards Dörenthe/Saerbeck/Emsdetten. The "Dörenther Klippen" hikers' car park is on the left after 1.5 kilometres. From here it is only a few minutes' walk to the rock formations.
