The Bergfreibad is located slightly away from the city centre, on the western edge of the city, on the Ochtruper Berg in the middle of a large, old tree population. Attractions such as a slide, swinging bay, bubble jets, 1, 3 and 5 metre diving boards, a swimmer's pool with 50 metre lanes, a shaded children's pool, etc. will delight young and old alike. The kiosk in the outdoor pool rounds off the bathing experience with small snacks, something sweet and drinks.

The entrance to the approx. 4500 km long Münsterland cycle route network is about 250 m away on Rüenberger Straße.

Arrival by car
Coming by car, you can reach the Bergfreibad via Gronauer Straße. From Gronauer Straße, turn onto Rüenberger Straße. From Rüenberger Straße you reach the street Am Freibad.
