Witterschlick railway station

Witterschlick station is one of the few stations on the Bonn-Euskirchen railway line that still has operational significance. Today, it still serves as a stop for the S-Bahn. The building houses a privately run signal box museum. The signal boxes are fully functional and connected to a model railway. Today, the former goods hall serves as an attractive setting for cultural events and private celebrations. The registry office of the municipality of Alfter also performs wedding ceremonies there.
