Information for cyclists
Numerous themed cycle routes offer interesting cycling tours through Münsterland. The signposted themed cycle routes each show very specific contents of the region and thus tell exciting stories about Münsterland. The Provost's Church of St. Clemens is also connected to various themed cycle routes.

The entrance to the Münsterland cycle path network, which is approximately 4,500 kilometres long, is about 200 metres from the museum.

Arrival
Telgte is located about 14 kilometres east of Münster in the Münsterland park landscape. The Provost Church of St. Clemens is located on the edge of the old town next to the pilgrimage chapel in the immediate vicinity of the River Ems.
Getting there by car:
Telgte can be reached by car via the A1 (Cologne - Bremen) or the A43 (Wuppertal - Münster). From Münster it is about twelve kilometres on the B51 towards Telgte. Guests are best advised to follow the signs to Emstor.
Travelling by bus and train:
Telgte lies on the Münster - Rheda-Wiedenbrück railway line. From the railway station in Telgte it is about a ten-minute walk to the historic old town.
Lines R11 and R13 run from Münster main station to Telgte town centre. The journey takes about 30 minutes.
Parking
There are a few parking spaces directly at the Propsteikirche. Further parking is available at Knickenbergplatz, at Emstor and in Antoniusstraße. From there it is about a five-minute walk to the Clemens Church.
