Discover Wuppertal's colourful corners

In 2011, street artist Martin Heuwold, also known as MEGX, designed the bridge over Schwesterstraße that forms part of the Nordbahntrasse running from Elberfeld to Wuppertal Barmen. People of all ages are amazed at how realistic the giant Lego bricks that supposedly form the bridge look.
And because the first Lego Bridge was so popular, Martin Heuwold painted the Lego Bridge 2.0 in the east of the city in 2020.
