Grill hut
Bouderath is situated in a wooded landscape at the eastern edge of the municipality of Nettersheim and borders the urban area of Bad Münstereifel.
In 1020, the place was first mentioned as "Bohart"; Heinrich II donated the place to the Abbey of Prüm. The Church of St. Gertrude, with its Romanesque origins, towers over the village.
The barbecue hut at the edge of the village is a meeting point for many groups and associations and is often used for events such as the annual farmers' coffee.
There is also an inn in the village.
