The bathing landscape of the adventure pool guarantees both experience and relaxation, offering interesting options for every visitor. "Sporty" guests can swim their laps in the approximately 29°C warm waters of the sports pool or execute daring jumps from the three- or one-meter diving boards. The toddler area is separated from the other water areas so that our little visitors are not disturbed by the "big" ones. In the warm bath, the muscles covering the blood vessels involuntarily relax. As a result, the vessels, including those near the heart, are dilated. This relaxation means that resistance in the circulatory system decreases. Consequently, the heart is somewhat burdened by the heat but relieved by the reduced resistance. Furthermore, all other body tissues are more thoroughly supplied with blood, thereby being more "flushed" and cleansed of metabolic waste products. Through alternating baths - sauna heat followed by a Kneipp treatment - the immune defense is also strengthened. With regular sauna visits, one quickly becomes resistant to colds. Additionally, sauna bathing cares for the skin, making it soft and supple.
