Information for cyclists
Ahaus is directly connected to the Münsterland cycle path network, which is over 4,500 km long. A very good place to start a cycling tour is the tourist information office in the immediate vicinity of the castle. In addition to cycling tours to the dahlia town of Legden or to the Burgmannshöfe in Heek, excursions across the Dutch border are also tempting. The AuqAHAUS is the best destination after a cycling tour through the Münsterland.
Various themed cycle routes offer interesting cycling tours through the Münsterland. The signposted themed cycle routes each show very special content of the region and thus tell exciting stories about Münsterland. The AquAHAUS is also connected to various themed cycle routes.
