    On 6th June 1913, the foundation stone was laid for the Evangelical Church of the Redeemer, whose plans werde designed by the Berlin architect Franz Schwechten (Kaiser Wilhelm Memorial Church in Berlin, Church in Mirbach/Eifel, Church of the Redeemer in Jerusalem).
