    Dating from the 16th and 17th centuries, this fine Renaissance palace provides an elegant venue for cultural events. Two romantic gardens provide a panoramic view of the surrounding forested areas. The castle is not barrier-free. Dogs are not allowed in the castle.

    Public tours of the castle (language German) 
    20th april to 30th october 2025

    -Saturdays 2:30 p.m. (duration: approx. 60 minutes)

     meeting point lower castle gate/archway by the street

    -Admission: adults & young people from 14 years 6 € p.p. -children up to and including 13 years free

    also on Wednesdays at 14:30 in the vacations of RLP (summer vacations and autumn vacations).

    The "Alberti" castle café at Malberg Castle offers a delicious selection of cakes and drinks. Note: The café may exceptionally close early in case of bad weather.

    Closed during the winter months (november until the beginning of april). Group tours on request.

    Castle - public guided tours Holy Saturday until 01. November on Saturdays at 2:30 pm and during the RLP vacations on Wednesdays at 2:30 pm.
    Opening hours gardens from Easter to November 1st Sundays to Fridays from 11 a.m. - 6 p.m.
