The ASV Hillesheim issues permits for one of the absolutely most beautiful stretches of the Kyll in stunning nature. Along the approximately 3.5-kilometer stretch, the Kyll presents itself as extremely diverse and structured. Gentle riffles, fast currents, and deep pools are constantly alternating, offering the fly fisher a true paradise in the pursuit of wonderfully naturally grown brown trout and grayling. With an average river width of 6 to 12 meters, you are best equipped with an 8-foot-long rod of class 4 to 5, in combination with a floating line.

Season: Mid-March to mid-October.
The number of day permits is limited, so please book online in advance!
