At the southern entrance to the municipality of Weiler (at the corner of Großstraße and Hauptstraße) stands the small St. Leonhard Chapel, a simple building made of plastered rubble stone with a three-sided chancel.
On the north side of the original pilgrimage chapel there are two windows and on the south side one window and the round-arched portal with basal frame. The late Baroque altarpiece houses a wooden figure of St. Leonhard as a Benedictine monk in a shell niche.
