In the House of the Guest (Altes Amt), constantly changing exhibitions are offered by the cultural center Altes Amt. One focus of the exhibitions is the Kultursommer Rhineland-Palatinate from May to Oktober.
Art on the land - with this motto, the Altes Amt and the Dogan Gallery join together to revitalize historic buildings of the Burgflecken with contemporary visual art and bring international artists to the Eifel.
Concepts such as large-scale regions and European integration have not remained empty phrases in Schönecken, but are filled with new content every year as part of the "Kultursommer Rheinland-Pfalz".
